P2P Tip Jar is a digital point-of-sale utility and routing service. We are not a payment processor, a bank, or a money transmitter. Our software simply generates itemized receipts and routes your customers to third-party peer-to-peer applications (such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle). We never touch your money, and we do not charge per-transaction fees on these networks.
Because we do not process payments, we cannot issue refunds, reverse transactions, or handle chargebacks. Any financial disputes must be handled directly between the buyer, the seller, and the third-party payment network used (e.g., Venmo). Furthermore, P2P Tip Jar is not responsible if a third-party app suspends or bans your account for violating their specific Terms of Service.
We believe in mutual trust. P2P Tip Jar allows users to instantly unlock premium features (such as White-Labeling or Song Requests) via a "24-Hour Honor System." By activating a feature under this system, you agree to remit the stated flat-fee payment to our provided Venmo account within 24 hours. Failure to remit payment will result in the permanent revocation of the unlocked feature and potential suspension of your account.
You are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable local, state, or federal taxes derived from sales or tips routed through our platform.
You may not use P2P Tip Jar to facilitate the sale of illegal goods, promote hate speech, or defraud customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these principles without prior notice.
